with kernel 6.12.8 or earlier, you can only see this:

if run in a terminal there are a lot of messages, log is attached.

Workaround:

flatpak run chat.schildi.desktop --disable-gpu-driver-bug-workarounds

works. But why is it now necessary, when it was not necessary a few weeks ago( last start) if it's the same version??

there a still gfx bugs, while the roomlist scrolls, a room gets activated etc. etc.. but it's not a major problem.
