Pain

Create a new component called 'Spacer' for the SSW Website (Dev - Next.js). The Spacer component should be a blank block where users can adjust the height and background color. This will help in fixing spacing issues where items are too close to the next component (e.g. the CTA block and the footer)

Acceptance Criteria

1. A new Spacer component is created.
2. The Spacer component allows users to adjust the height.
3. The Spacer component allows users to adjust the background color.
4. The Spacer component can be used to fix spacing issues on the website.
