Introduce a way to change the color of titles on the new SSW consulting page. For example, allow specific text like '.NET 8' in 'expert .NET 8 migration' to be colored red. Consult with Isaac and Caleb for existing workarounds used on SSW consulting pages.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Implement a method to change the color of specific text within titles on the SSW consulting page.
2. Ensure the solution is reusable and can be applied to other titles as needed.
3. Consult with Isaac and Caleb to understand the existing workaround and create a similar solution.
4. Test the new component to ensure it works as expected and does not introduce any new issues.
