Pain

Users encounter an error when attempting to upload images while creating a new article on the SSW Website. The error message is cryptic and does not provide clear guidance on how to resolve the issue.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Users should be able to upload images without encountering unexpected errors.
  2. If an error occurs, the error message should be clear and provide actionable steps for the user to resolve the issue.
  3. Ensure that the system checks for duplicate images and provides a clear message if the image already exists.

Reproduce Steps

  1. Navigate to the SSW Website and attempt to create a new article.
  2. Try to upload an image (preferably a webp image).
  3. Observe the error message 'unexpected error on put for public images articles'.
  4. Attempt to upload the same image again and observe the error message 'file already exists'.
