Sources for release 1.4.0

I'm looking into an issue where the validation fails with error 1705: Transaktionsstart enthält keine Messwerte with release 1.4.0. Using release 1.3.0 successfully validates this data set. A publicly available demo data set still gets successfully validated with 1.4.0.

I'd like to debug this issue (like i did with previous ones) but I don't find sources of release 1.4.0 or a reference to them in this repo. Are they in here? If yes, which revision corresponds to release 1.4.0.
