animated webp pictures are static on PicView

i would like it to run like the way i see it on firefox: example

This is something I want to implement in the future, but it is no easy task.

There's a new preview version out, that supports playing animated webp's. It's a complete rewrite, that is being actively developed.
Not all features are present in it. As soon as all featuress are implemented, this version will take precedence and the old version will be retired.
