Unable to use the mod on 1.21 version #2

Because of the Configuration Mod dependency, the 1.21 version requires version 3.1.0 of configuration, which requires the 1.21.1 version of Minecraft. I have checked the configuration download page and tried to find any compatible versions, but none seem to work. So basically 1.21 version is unusable?
