But really, PIC ID's should be assigned on a per-asset level. It may be possible for a single PIC to be composed of multiple land assets, or possibly (less likely) a single land asset to be a part of multiple PICs. Depends how things are managed and still TBD.
In the long run this could likely be a standalone module. PICs are used for both the AU NLIS (national livestock info sys) and a few other arable crops.
