Add scope for post list page

Hello. Post list component will be a compilation of search, recomendations, last published and other pages.
We need to add scope picker component. This component let users ability to see posts in different types of scope.

Example of scopes:

The main ones that we should definitely or would like to have:

Recommendations, Popular, Your subscriptions, Your subscribers, No scope.

And any other similar to.

Scope component should be as a filter component. Probably it must be a single complex component.
