Include or link to default license files if no license file is found

If there is a valid license in a package's package.json but no LICENSE, LICENCE or COPYING file, the README file will be used. I think more appropriate would be to derive the licenses' texts from the licenses' identifiers. spdx-license-list seems to be a package which includes commonly found licenses.
