Omniperf is being renamed to ROCm Compute Profiler

Omniperf is getting a name change. We're in the process of renaming it to ROCm Compute Profiler or "rocprofiler-compute", for short.

The repository URL has already changed to https://github.com/ROCm/rocprofiler-compute, but not to worry, GitHub will redirect https://github.com/ROCm/omniperf to the new URL.

Documentation and the application itself are in the process of being updated and should be merged in the next few days. In the mean time, please excuse the naming mismatch.
