The current way to set agent parameters only accounts for "generic" parameters, i.e. parameters we guarantee to be part of all pedestrian models.

In the future we also want to be able to set parameters exclusive to each model.

This is directly related to SUMO integration work, request to set initial velocities.

This is directly related to #1034
