Integrate Patribots frontend with Neptune backend

We basically need to build our new frontend around the Narwhal's existing architecture for Mercey, their data uplink app. In order to accomplish this, we need to:

• Ask different questions
• Change data types to match what mercy needs
• Send all the data with the Firebase SDK

We also may need to set up our own Firebase instead of using the Narwhal's and just use their source code for Neptune. Functionally it will be the same, but we want to have admin permissions in case something goes wrong.
