Change from pygsm to pygdsm

There's a new repo that supersedes pygsm located at https://github.com/telegraphic/PyGDSM
The pygdsm seems to work more or less the plus improved installation capabilities, that makes it easier to wrap it into the requirements for setuptools when we split up prizmatoid and this repo becomes installable as well
