Exception modal can be taller than the app window, blocking buttons #2489

Bug Report

Summary

If an exception with a large trace appears, it can make the modal so tall the button to dismiss it cannot be reached.

Steps to reproduce

Generate an exception with a big trace

What is the expected behaviour?

Users can see the bottom of the modal at all times.
