App signposting

To help with the SDV release, we will need to change some of the signposting to Vortex to include the app. So that Stardew Valley modders can decide if they want to try something new.

The outcome of this work is to get more people involved in using the app and to gather more feedback from the people using it.

This button will need a more generic mod manager wording.
