Electricity network usage is not well synchronized

So I don't really know how to reproduce this bug.

It happens all the time, the host sometime see a satisfaction of 80-90% when I still see a satisfaction of 100%. More generaly, we don't see the same electricity usage on both side.

We are using version 0.2 of the mod

There is not much syncing of this yet except for PowerTowers.

Definitly needs some more work 😄
