SFTP no longer syncing. No settings visible in latest VSC 1.92

Hello everyone,
for some reason, SFTP seems to have stopped working after updating to VSC 1.92. Is this a known issue?

When syncing "Remote to local" nothing seems to happen anymore. I did not change the config.

After enabling debugging to console I see
