Error in phase 4: Semisupervised clustering

Hello,
I get an issue when trying to apply the semisupervised algorithm to my data:

phase 4: classifying all 39069 cells
Error in logliks[use, , drop = FALSE] : 
  (subscript) logical subscript too long

Apparently when running the supervised clustering to my data I don't find any issue.
