Hi InSituType team,

We'd like to use your method for supervised prediction of our cosmx data. I noticed that the reference matrix is not from your precious annotated NSCLC but something like a bulk RNA?

In our case, we have NSCLC tumors as in the demo and would like to use this method. Do you have the reference matrix with tumor in it? and have you cross validated this method with your other method? How accurate it is given bulk RNA, scRNA can be different from Cosmx data. Thanks.
