That's a proper bug I suspect broken URL generation

This is in fact a core CKAN bug (see https://beta.ckan.org/dataset), now reported:
ckan/ckan#3796

I suspect there'll be a quick fix.

Note this is broken again and will remain so probably until the 2.8 release of CKAN. I can give a longer explanation on slack. A fix in the template "if version == 2.7, don't show this" might be away to hide it just for now without forgetting about it later.
