Comment should show after successful submission toast, without having to reload the page, and the editor should be cleared #814

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After posting a comment to a proposal, you get the toast saying "Comment submitted successfully", the editor is cleared, but the newly posted comment is not visible unless you reload the page.

And when you reload the page, then you see the newly posted comment, not just in the thread, but it is also back in the editor (this is a bug).

Describe the solution you'd like
When getting the "Comment submitted successfully" confirmation toast, I would like to see the new comment appearing. Also if reloading the page, I do not want to see the comment contents in the editor.

Bonus: if you also add a discard/cancel button, @ori-near would not have to create a separate video as he says in the video below :)
