Paper-MC-Version-Matching does not work offline

Well that just says it's disabled.
When starting the server there should be two mypet sections. One where it loads the plugin and one where it enables it.
One of those seems to fail.
Can you check if there is an error there?

Ok i know what's causing this.
For some reason your server cannot access the internet properly and currently the way MyPet matches MC-Versions to Module-Versions on Paper/derivatives (like Purpur) requires "proper" internet access by the server. That wasn't the best idea in hindsight but technically also shouldn't be a problem in 99% of cases.

Will fix anyway

So either check that your server can actually access the internet properly or wait for a fix
