Pre-V3.7.1 (MHIG Edition) - FEC Help

My ultimate goal is to update to most recent NAV maps. I watched a few videos and understand that I first need to update Firmware, then address FEC codes before attempting Map update. All of which I've downloaded.

After updating my unit to MHIG_US_AU_K2019 I tossed Pre-V3.7.1 (MHIG Edition) onto an appropriately formatted SD card and ran through the Update/Install via the Red Engineering Menu. Install seemed to go fine but when checking the FEC codes, I'm still stuck with ONLY 0211001c

Reviewing the steps further I understand I have to enter the Green Menu after install in order to initiate the FEC update... but I have no idea how to enter the Green Menu. Looking over the FAQs, my model vehicle (2015 Audi S3 / 8V) is missing from the key combo guide.

How do I enter the green menu?

In another thread (#536) Xendo69 mentioned something about "I activated and tested the "greenMenu" with OBDEleven" but I'm not sure exactly what that means.

Looking over the README once again I may have stumbled on to my issue. My system is a Bang & Olufsen, not Harman Kardon
Am I just out of luck here?
