Latest FW version for Audi A4 B9 2016

Hello everyone,
i succeded to update my old MHI2_ER_AUG22_S2148 FW to MHI2_ER_AUG22_K2161 and i did the AIO update.
MIB_Helper says that the last update i can take is MHI2_ER_AUG22_P3346 wich i cannot find in mibsolution.

where i can find which releases after my MHI2_ER_AUG22_K2161? Is it important to update the version (there are many improvements?)
do i have to do the updates step by step or i can just jump to the newest?

I imagine that if i update the FW i have to run the AIO update again, right?

I still have problems if i have to record a voice message with my iphone on whatsapp app, but at least i can hear the one sent me.
