Are there some Tutorials in Python that I can learn how to use this package?

Unfortunately, there are no tutorials yet on how to use the packages.

However, it includes three command-line programs, one for each of the domains, that offer most of the implemented functionality.
Having a look at the executables and python scripts that implement them (the various commandline.py scripts) may give you an idea of how to use them.
