Fparser2 0.2.0 was just released. Updating to this will allow us to fix:

String concatenation in sources and fparser bug #341 (though I believe that's currently in lfric-baf)
- Remove special handling of stop with concatentation lfric-baf#2
Remove special handling of OpenMP code directives #327
- OMP Sentinels #362 Seems to be a duplicate
