Faction Salary Paid Every Single Tick

Steps to Reproduce this Bug

• This is troubling because we do not know what is setting the bug off.

Observed Results

• The faction salary that is supposed to be given every 20 minutes is being given every single tick. (20 times a second). https://pastebin.com/raw/b58GaAit <- Logs
• It started a couple of nights ago with one faction having this issue. Recreating their faction fixed the problem. Then, the following night at around the same time, it happened to a different faction and within 20 minutes, it was happening to 2 other factions. Restarting the server seemed to stop it.

Expected Results

• We expect there to be a 20 minute delay between each salary.

Restarting the server does stop it; however, it does not stop it forever. It happened again just last night and we still have no idea why.
