Risugami's official download center for the classic Recipe Book mod does not feature its beta 1.7.3 version. I was able to acquire it from the Technic modpack after checking the similarities between the 1.7.3/1.6.6 releases. I always have a good time going back to 1.7.3, and I hope this helps someone.
For some reason, the website doesn't allow me to upload the zip containing the mod. Here's a Dropbox link instead
