What is the physical significance of <λ0*2/pi/*Dn2/n2/2> in the line 95 of ThresholdGain_FormulaDFB_Main.m.

if cc>100
lambda = lambda + lambda0 * 2/pi*Dn2/n2 / 2;
dlambda = jump/100;
cc=0;
end

Why you set the interval as so.
