compressor: replace #18

Looks like the existing compressor is totally shot. Opening it up, I found the central piston had shed significant amounts of material (cheap steel) into the interior of the device. Those shards likely contributed to the extreme level of damage to nearly all the other internal components. Plan: save for scrap or replacement parts, order replacement compressor of same or similar model. |

When plugged in, compressor vibrates and rattles but doesn't push air.
desired functionality
When plugged in, compressor pushes air.
Alternatively, a different compressor pushes air.
