browser refresh is required to see new Resource Templates that have been uploaded by another user (or in another session) after you started your session (NOTE: this is not an issue to be fixed; this is the expected behavior given the architecture of the application)
when a revised Resource Template is uploaded, the revised version does not show up in other existing browser sessions. WORKAROUND: hard refresh your browser (hold down shift key and click the refresh icon in your browser) to see the latest list of available templates. (Issue 545)
newly uploaded Resource Templates do not appear in a logical place in the list of available Resource Templates
Warning and confirmation messages related to resource template uploading are not being cleared properly. (Issue 534 and Issue 554
"Guiding statement for use of this property" is not showing up as expected as a mouseover tooltip (Issue 521)
Unable to see Linked Data Editor without logging in. Desired behavior is to be forced to log in only when doing actions that require login (importing resource templates, saving data). (Issue 495)
Lookups not returning results. (Issue 516)
Property type=Resource, repeatable=true, not yet supported (cannot open the form multiple times, adding data each time, and seeing visual confirmation of each repetition) (Issue 346)
Property type=Resource, repeatable=false does not give visual indication that Resource is not repeatable. (Issue 387)

If you set up a Resource Template with multiple Property Templates that use the same Property URI, then a value entered in one literal field will be duplicated across all literal fields using the same Property URI. At first look, this is unexpected behavior; however it is correct behavior so there is no issue. (Have not tested with type = lookup)

The dropdown list of templates that you can point to for type = resource (Property Template, Templates / Add Templates) does not automatically get updated with the available templates known to Sinopia. The fix will be to change this to a freetext field where the profile creator can enter the ID of the template rather than picking from the list. (Issue 212)
Clicking the back button in your browser erases your entries. (Issue 158)
We are not adding or updating the list of available vocabularies for "Select Resource" and "Select Property". Workaround: profile creator can manually enter any class or property URI and label into the necessary fields. (Issue 182)
The list of available lookups in "Add Value / URI" dropdown does not update automatically when a new authority is available to Sinopia. (Issue 162) To request new lookups and have them added to the menu once active, follow the Authority Support Plan
