[Feature Request]: Apply love to MFA report

Description of the new feature - must be an in-depth explanation of the feature you want, reasoning why, and the added benefits for MSPs as a whole.

Handle CoveredByCA group membership. includeGroups is the property, and has the ID in it. The frontend translates it to the group name.
Query included and excluded groups and use that to determine if the user is CoveredByCA.
Handle CoveredByCA admin role membership. Aka. take into account if the user is an admin, and is covered by a CA that only covers admin roles.
JD also mentioned to change stuff into more bulk requests.
Flip the null comparisons around in line 95 and 97.
