Alerts

Getting alerts is a key component for any trader. We should at least take a look at what that'd mean to implement.

• Only user space alerts (no sign-in)
• Adding/removing alerts per chart

Not entirely true. I've already made an experiment where I can read the widget's iframe contents and gain access to all its elements/source. I have, by that, been able to modify the css-styling without limitations of cross site scripting.
There's a lot more testing that has to be done before we can determine if it will be useful, especially with regards to gaining access to the tickers, since those are the basis for alarms.

I've been busy with other things and haven't had a chance to look into it further. As I said, there are some promising developments, but I need to do some more work before we have something more solid.

Keep the issue alive and I'll return when I have something more to add. I don't think there's that much more that I have to do, but it's still enough to not start engaging everyone else in it yet.

I saw in the readme "Adding alert support with web notifications.", but not sure how to do that. Is that really possible with the current version?
