I wanna contribute,a basic audio merger for already splitted datasets.

The aim is to merge audio files before splitting them by using "diarization based splitting."
This can run as a stand alone utility.If people wanna use this,they make sure to install necessary libraries.
Also you can add this to your repo if you like.

Appreciate the contribution! I'll take a look at it and see where it can be implemented, but if you wanted to make a pull request for it, I could always just review and accept it as well.

@JarodMica Hey,sorry for the late reply.I wasn't checking my mails and now I have seen your reply.Please feel free to include it as a suplimentary tool or if you wanna merge into specific code a few changes can be made.I really don't have enough time at this point of time to make a PR and align with you but thanks for creating this tool.Also your videos on youtube are great!
