The titles for "Applications for Winding up/Liquidations" are never useful, they are generic: https://gazette.govt.nz/home/NoticeSearch?noticeType=aw

But partnerships has the important stuff in the title: https://gazette.govt.nz/home/NoticeSearch?noticeType=pn

Need to split the RSS feeds out to post the title for one and the description for the other.

Right -- we can parse CAPITALS for relevant categories
