Feature Description

I (and potentially other modpack creators) would appreciate the ability to register Casing blocks with the convenience of GTM's built-in methods like GTBlocks.createCasingBlock and GTBlocks.createActiveCasing for use in the creation of custom multiblocks.

It would also be nice if the same could be done to Hermetic Casings, or at the very least if the casings could automatically generate for UEV through OpV when the high tier content config option is enabled.
