Expected Behavior

it would make more sense to smelt glass vials in an alloy smelter (or fluid solidifier) like it's done for glass blocks or tubes - not sure if the extruder recipe should be removed

Actual Behavior

currently they can only be made in an extruder

Steps to Reproduce

1. get glass dust
2. try to make glass vials
