Bedrock Edition Animated Skins Not Showing

Describe the bug

When using animated body parts and models, the skin shows as invisible from the bedrock client and black to java clients.

To Reproduce

1. Join server
2. See error

Expected behaviour

To show a static version of the skin.

I also tested with no plugins and using normal Waterfall and has the same issue.
