Create Command Line Interface (CLI) /Lib for posting an AI/ML/Rendering Job

We already can load and put .json files into the job queue.

We just need the ability to sign with the Derived Key(s). We already have the library built for it and can use it for signing jobs and placing the amount of GNUS tokens on the Super Genius network to be paid out to processors.

This is just a demo and simple example: we can use a simple page to load the .json or create a JSON and sign an escrow transaction.
