Facing issue related PR.

I have tried 3-4 time and still facing same issue, I am only adding my details in the add-certificate.md file. Still it is not showing only one change made, please anyone can explain what should I do and how should I do for this.

Hi @Kratika-Solanki You have to add your name at the bottom without touching any of the above entries, just edit the file and add your name at the bottom
