Wrong md5-hash for tig #10

Hi,
that's only a minor problem, so I didn't want to fork this project ...

The md5-hash auf tig 1.2.1 seems to have changed (It looks as if they have recompiled their package - see http://jonas.nitro.dk/tig/releases/)

The new hash is: d5c1dd1d829f8e515f59c96a5d419323
and needs to be changed in: net/tig/Makefile
Otherwise openwrt-printing-packages won't compile!
