Redirect USB Device doesn't work as expected

I'm trying to get Corsair iCUE to detect my slipstream dongle. When I start the VM and actually access it through the windows desktop, I can select the dongle under the Redirect USB Device menu in virt-manager and iCUE detects my devices, allowing me to change settings, etc. When I attempt to do the same by accessing the app through Winapps, it does not work. Strangely, my corsair headset seems to be isolated to the VM, and the volume rocker will only change the volume in the VM as well when the USB is redirected.
