Add a webhook perk

Hello,

First, thanks for this awesome piece of software! I've not seen anything like this. The perks system really is great!

I intend to use the server for something else than gaming, and was wondering if we could easily add a webhook perk (webhook hit on payment and on expiry) with a custom title.
Or, would it be possible to have a template to easily add new perks?
