   sketchybar --clone PARENT_NAME NAME [before|after]

should be writted as

   sketchybar --clone NEW_NAME PARENT_NAME [before|after]

because that is how it executes in the program.

ps: I'm not ready to submit pull requests, but I'm happy to submit bug reports for now.
In the future I plan on contributing through PR myself.
