Parcellation-averaged connectomes for Julich-Brain 3, HCP and 1000 brains

INM-7 (Popovych & colleagues) maintain 3 datasets on EBRAINS:

Current versions are using Julich-Brain 2.9 parcellation. Version updates for Julich-Brain 3.0.3 are now being processed. These need to be incorporated into siibra.
