Prior to the release on EBRAINS:

  • Store niftis at the data-proxy/temp
  • Convert niftis to neuroglancer/precomputed and store at the data-proxy
  • Update configurations of prerelase Julich Brain 3.1
    • parcellation
      • add colors
    • labelled maps (MPMs)
      • MNI152
        • precompute meshes
      • Colin27
        • precompute meshes
      • fsaverage
    • statistical maps (PMs)
      • MNI152 - default granularity
      • MNI152 - high granularity
      • Colin27 - default granularity
      • Colin27 - high granularity
  • add the parcellation to the human atlas config
  • update publications and description
  • create the EBRAINS entities (parcellation entity versions etc)

After the release on EBRAINS:

  • Update the links to niftis to point to EBRAINS bucket

  • Remove temporary files in data-proxy

  • Add EBRAINS dataset information

  • Create configs for v04EOL for siibra-explorer support

Colors and parcellation entity versions were added for only available regions.
