Not clear in sumstat_2_plink rule the pval_col parameters means and if the cut of will be on the log transformed pvalue or on the pvalue.

  1. Need to clarify the input
  2. Need to detect the columns in the summary stats and create a LOG transformed from P and viceversa to have a standard format
