Format long number fields as string for identify

Actually, it's already a string, but work is being done to format it to make it readable. Just prevent it from going into scientific notation.

Main thing to note: comma-formatted numbers are not a good solution and should be avoided.
Another thing to note: Is 9999 for null going to spell trouble for fields that can have an actual value of 9,999?
