Advance search gives incorrect results for Genome Category

Filtering on "Genome Category" doesn't work as expected. In particular, there are cases where the category is "N/A", but filtering on IS NOT "derived from metagenome" returns no results. Why doesn't this return all these cases where the genome category is "N/A"?

A concrete example of this can be seen with:
("GTDB Taxonomy" CONTAINS "o__Thermococcales" AND "Genome Category" IS NOT "derived from metagenome")
